Order Policy
Full payment for all orders must
be received before any order will be shipped. You will receive
an email confirming acceptance of your order. The order will
be placed on hold until payment is received. Once we have
received your order we will send an email confirmation to your
account. At this point, If you are paying by check or money
order, please make it out to Julie Longyear, and send it
promptly.
For custom made clothing articles, a
non-refundable deposit of at least half of your total
bill will be required before we will begin work on your order.
Upon completion of your custom order you will be notified by email,
and payment in full will be required before your order will
be shipped.
We cannot begin production of your custom
clothing product until we have detailed information on measurements.

Form immediately after order and paying.

3. Credit Card using
PayPal or a Direct PayPal account -
PayPal will allow processing of credit card payments or direct
payment from your PayPal account to:

PayPal will allow you to use a credit
card to make your deposit(required before work begins on your

4. Credit Card - We now accept credit cards
directly through our secure shopping cart system. Simply
place your order as usual and select the Credit Card payment
option when prompted. Your card will be verified for funds
availability and then fully charged for your order total only
after your order is ready to ship.
Return
Policy
Selected standard items including
aromatherapy products and premade clothing may be
returned for store credit. If there is a problem with the quality of
your order, or if it is not correct, you must contact Irie Star to
describe the problem and reach agreement on any return, credit, or
additional charges. No goods will be accepted for return without
prior authorization by Irie Star.
Returns will be allowed only for
unused product in the original undamaged package. Damaged articles
or articles unsuitable for resale will not be credited. Store credit
must be used within 30 days of issuance against standard store
products available at that time.
For custom made articles including
clothing, ceramics, and candles, returns will be accepted only for
alterations or replacement due to quality defect. If there is a
problem with the quality of your order, or if it is not correct you
must contact Irie Star within seven days of receipt of your goods to
describe the problem. At such time agreement must be reached on any
alteration that shall be made to your order. No goods will be
accepted for return or alteration without prior authorization by
Irie Star.
Goods must be returned within two
weeks of return authorization. Alterations will be made to your
satisfaction. We do not offer refunds on any store product, so
please shop carefully!
Shipping
Policy
For shipping times and choice of
carriers please read
this.
All shipping charges are paid by the
buyer. Buyer will request the shipping
option (and estimated cost) at during checkout. Where
possible, all articles will be packaged for shipping as a single
unit. If extra packaging and shipping is required, you will be
notified of extra charges prior to shipment.
We always do our best to ship
promptly. All readymade items will be shipped within
approximately 2 to 3 days from the date the order is placed and
paid. This includes all aromatherapy products, gift sets,
premade clothing and any other readymade items. If there is
any problem or change to the shipping time for your order we will
contact you as soon as possible. On overnight shipping we will
attempt to ship same day if possible however we do not guarantee it.
If you require special attention to the shipping of your order
please contact us to discuss options.
For custom-dyed hemp garments please
allow at least 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. For fully custom
made clothing please allow
approximately four to six weeks for delivery. For rush orders,
please contact Irie Star to discuss scheduling and extra charges.
Irie Star ships all packages with insurance.
Should a package become lost or damaged we will work with the
shipping agency to receive appropriate compensation after the 30 day
minimum wait period. The buyer then will receive store credit
for the amount of the original purchase.
Should the buyer elect to ship without
insurance Irie Star makes no guarantees on the safe delivery of the
package. Should loss or damage occur to any uninsured package
there is no provision for the receipt of store credit on the lost or
damaged items. |
