Order Policy

Full payment for all orders must be received before any order will be shipped. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your order.  The order will be placed on hold until payment is received.  Once we have received your order we will send an email confirmation to your account. At this point,  If you are paying by check or money order, please make it out to Irie Star, and send it promptly.

4. Credit Card - We accept credit cards directly through our secure shopping cart system.  Simply place your order as usual and select the Credit Card payment option when prompted.  Your card will be verified for funds availability and then fully charged for your order total only after your order is ready to ship.

 Return Policy

Our goal is to fit each client with the right products suited to their skin and preferences.  We provide extensive information on our website, through our Amazon reviews, blog reviews, as well as personal email consultations to help clients decide what items to try from our line.  Trial/Travel sets are also available to provide the chance to sample many of our products for a low cost.  We realize that despite these options that not every product is perfect for every client or that order errors can occur. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If there is a problem with the quality of your order or if it is not correct contact us to describe the problem and reach agreement on any return, credit, or additional changes. No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorization.  Send all emails related to returns, damages, defects, and problems to .  We will respond to your request and determine the best way to solve the problem.

All Blissoma skin and body products purchased directly on other than Trial/Travel Skincare Sets may be returned for up to 30 days from date of initial purchase for credit or refund.  Please save the original packaging and product as you may be required to ship it back to us for your credit or refund.  Any credit or refund issued beyond the original 30 days will be done solely at our discretion. 

For purchases made on Amazon and other online retailers the return policy of the original retail purchase site/seller will apply.  Please refer to the retail site where you made your purchase in order to determine options.

We apologize but we are unable to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges directly when products are purchased through one of our retailers.  The return policy of the retailer applies.  Please refer to the retailer with whom you made your initial purchase.  Any returns must go through them.

Should you purchase an item with a defect from a retailer you may report the defect directly to us if you wish for quality control purposes.  We will determine what we are able to do to help, if anything, depending on the circumstances.  We may still refer you back to the original retailer to make your defect based return.  To receive a direct exchange on defective items purchased through our retailers you will be required to present us a copy of your initial sales receipt as your proof of purchase.  Defect based exchanges that we choose to serve directly will be for exchange on the same product only, no substitutions.  This type of service will be provided at our sole discretion. 

We appreciate your feedback and value your comments, both critical and complimentary.  Please do take the time to tell us why you were not satisfied with our products.  This helps us improve.  Issues especially relating to ingredient sensitivities are particularly helpful for us to hear about as they inform our decisions about ingredients in future products. 

Returns on Blissoma Trial/Travel Skincare Sets, soy candles or any non skincare products purchased on for reasons other than defective goods will be allowed only for unused product in the original undamaged package.  Store credit must be used within 90 days of issuance against standard store products available at that time.

Goods must be returned within two weeks of return authorization.

Shipping Policy

For shipping times and choice of carriers please read this.

All shipping charges are paid by the buyer.  Buyer will request the shipping option (and estimated cost) at during checkout.  Where possible, all articles will be packaged for shipping as a single unit.  If extra packaging and shipping is required, you will be notified of extra charges prior to shipment. 

We always do our best to ship promptly.  All readymade items will be shipped within approximately 2 to 3 days from the date the order is placed and paid.  If there is any problem or change to the shipping time for your order we will contact you as soon as possible.  On overnight shipping we will attempt to ship same day if possible however we do not guarantee it.  If you require special attention to the shipping of your order please contact us to discuss options.

Should a package become lost or damaged we will work with the shipping agency determine what happened and the best solution.  If our tracking confirms the shipment (especially USPS) as being delivered to your location we recommend checking with neighbors, your post office location, or postal carrier as often the delivery slips are placed in the wrong box, or sometimes not left at all.  We see this happen sometimes where the package may be waiting for you at your local post office branch, apartment management office, or delivered to a neighbor who accepted it for you.  We do NOT recommend that you ship to a mailbox area that is easily accessed by many neighbors or is open to anyone off the street and has no place for packages, as this creates an opportunity for theft or someone to mistakenly take your package.  Please ship to locations where your package will be held securely until you retrieve it.
