This skirt is easy to wear and very flattering.  The skirt has a great diagonal cut hem that flares slightly to fall in flowing waves.  It has a drawstring waist with a button closure at the side for a trimmer fit than many other drawstring garments.  With the button open you can easily slide it over your hips, then close it up for a closer fit at the waist.  The drawstring is made from a lovely hemp/silk charmeuse in a coordinating color for a little shine and luster.

It is available a hemp/silk fabric that has a beautiful luster and a textural weave similar to shantung silk.  This garment begins white, sewn with cotton thread, and is custom dyed to suit you.  Please see our Dye Sample Page for color possibilities, then email us with your choice.  It is available in standard sizes of Small, Medium, and Large.  Our garments are our own designs and are constructed and dyed by hand with care.

*Measurements given are for wearing this skirt at the belly, not the natural waist.  Measurements were taken at approximately the level of the belly button, or halfway between the natural waist and hip.

Sizing 

Small:  Will best fit a belly measurement of 30" to 33".  absolute maximum hip measurement of 36" to fit through waist when unbuttoned.   

Medium: Will best fit a belly measurement of 33" to 36".  absolute maximum hip measurement of 39" to fit through waist when unbuttoned.  

Large: Will best fit a belly measurement of 36" to 39".  absolute maximum hip measurement of 42" to fit through waist when unbuttoned.
